Maddy & Connor’s over-the-top Western Wedding Weekend at Diamond Cross Ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Cover photo by Sofia DeWolfe Photography.
Maddy and Connor were one of the very first couples I booked for the 2026 wedding season. From the beginning, they knew wedding videography was a priority — and, more importantly, they connected deeply with my style and trusted the way I tell a story.
Over the next year, they planned an epic Western wedding weekend in Jackson Hole alongside Wild Rose Weddings & Events, with the creative vision stewarded by Pauline Eichler Design.
This was my first opportunity to work with Pauline, and I was completely blown away. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional while still allowing the landscape and unmistakable Western character of Diamond Cross Ranch to take center stage.
Pauline brought in Joni of Plush Floral to create the weekend’s lush, luxurious floral elements, while an incredible collection of rental and design teams helped bring each event to life.
With a rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and wedding day all requiring their own distinct look, it truly took a village. The White Antler, Atwood Design, Magnolia Ranch, Object West, Wedding Wagon Saloon, Canvas Unlimited, and BBJ La Tavola all played a huge part in transforming the spaces throughout the weekend.
One of the most unique details came at the end of the evening: the Cowboy Coffee Wagon — a vintage camping trailer currently being fueled by espresso. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch for guests after a long night of celebrating. As a coffee-loving gal myself, THIS was an immediate hit for me.
I also had the pleasure of working alongside Sofia DeWolfe Photography. Sofia brings an effortless, laid-back California energy to luxury Western weddings here in Jackson Hole, and we gelled seamlessly from the beginning.
When photography and videography teams genuinely enjoy creating together, it gives everyone the freedom to do their best work — and you can feel that collaboration in the final result. I truly cannot wait to work with Sofia again.
Maddy and Connor gave all of us that same kind of trust. Even the moments that didn’t go exactly according to plan somehow worked in our favor, allowing us the creative freedom to focus on what we do best.
The result is a wedding film that feels like them: cinematic, emotional, Western, and alive. More than simply documenting what happened, we wanted to preserve what the entire weekend felt like — the people, the landscape, the movement, and all those fleeting moments that will never happen quite the same way again.
